Villa in Peloponnese, Western Greece and the Ionian

About this villa rental
Perched in the quiet north of Zakynthos, Villa Larissa is a newly built six-bedroom retreat designed for people who want space, privacy and the sea on their doorstep. Wide terraces open onto a private pool and uninterrupted views across the Ionian, and the whole house is arranged so that a large group can be together when it wants to be and completely apart when it doesn't.
The space
The living areas flow directly outside — glass doors fold back so the kitchen, dining room and terrace become one space, which is where most of the day tends to happen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking properly, not just reheating, and the outdoor dining table seats the whole house. Sun loungers, shaded seating and an outdoor shower sit around the pool.
Six bedrooms are spread across the property, each with air conditioning and its own bathroom [à confirmer]. The layout works equally well for two or three families travelling together, a group of friends, or a multi-generational trip where grandparents want a ground-floor room and quiet.
The location
The north of the island is the calm, green side — olive groves, small coves and villages that still feel lived-in rather than staged for the season. The Peligoni Club is a few minutes away, with its swimming platforms, sailing, tennis and restaurant. The beaches at [X] and [X] are within a short drive, along with tavernas in [village]. Zakynthos airport is roughly [X] minutes by car.
If you want the busier side of the island — the shipwreck beach, the blue caves, the boat trips — it's all reachable for a day out, and then you come back to somewhere quiet.
How it works
Linda looks after the house and is on hand throughout your stay for anything you need — restaurant bookings, a boat charter, a chef for an evening, or simply where to find the best bread in the morning. A welcome pack and a full guest book are waiting for you on arrival.
A car is essential here; the setting is rural and that's the point.
Good to know
Well suited to families, groups of friends and celebrations. Please note the villa sits on a hillside with steps between levels [à confirmer]. The pool is not fenced, so young children need supervision at all times.
