Big apartment, recently built. Quiet place. Close to the center in car.
The host was very nice, considering that we checked-out very late ( after a very long and exhausting trip).
Bonus: you have a washing machine ( make the laundry in the day time as it is very loud✈) and can take your clothes drying outside, under the sun.

It was quiet and peaceful nearby. You can rent a rooms to spend one night on the way to your next place of stay.
In front of the building was a heavily duged up street. The rooms were relatively cramped.
