Las camas son las más cómodas que he probado jamás, venir cansada de visitar cosas y acostarte en esa cama era increíble. El trato fue inmejorable, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle, te dejan unas bolsitas con productos de higiene personal que es un gran detalle, además de dejarte preparado individualmente un paquete para poder limpiar los cubiertos. Son detalles que marcan la diferencia, como el tener botellas de agua frías en el frigorífico debido a las altas temperaturas (un detalle debido a que entramos por la tarde) y una caja de madera con productos para desayunar.

Faltaban utensilios de cocina, no es una pega muy grande porque se puede cocinar sin espátulas y demás, pero con el fin de que se siga conservando cada aparato para cocinar estaría genial.

A clean, attractive apartment in a great location (about a 25-minute walk to Piazza Duomo and 15 minutes to Garibaldi Station). There is a bus stop to the metro just a short walk away. The apartment is located in Chinatown, with plenty of Asian shops, restaurants, and other local businesses nearby The apartment is well equipped, with wardrobes, night lamps, an iron, a hairdryer, and everything else you might need. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioning works well. Everything was clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Due to a misunderstanding, the apartment had initially been prepared for one guest, but after a quick phone call, everything was promptly arranged for the second guest as well. I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

The only drawback, especially during the hot weather, was that the water drained very slowly in the shower. This problem persisted throughout our stay, despite the owner's efforts to fix it by sending a technician. It may have been an issue with the building's plumbing rather than the apartment itself. It was manageable and certainly not a major problem, but it was somewhat inconvenient. The apartment faces a fairly busy street, so there was occasionally some morning noise from the neighborhood, including street cleaning. It wasn't a major issue, but light sleepers might notice it.

The code given was wrong, I had to call the person in charge to get the right one : he answered super fast. But still I would say the explanations from getting the keys from the box, to opening the door were not the easiest I read.

4 days before entering the appartments I was told the appartment I booked was eventually not available so I was offered another appartment located 3km away from what I previously booked. Fortunately, the location offered was nice, but if I had refused they would only suggest me asking for reimbursement (and the deadline for free reimbursement was expired so I would not have guarantee they would refund me), but did not offer any other solution or compensation. I did have to accept the new appartment renting as 4 days before going to Milan it's very hard to find a new place (or only with very high prices). But still I got no compensation for the inconvenience. Despite this, the person remained very nice.
