Great location, responsive hosts

A shower curtain would be good. Ceilings a bit low in the living room

Majoituksen laatu oli tiedossa, ja 2makuuhuonetta oli tarve 5 hengelle. Sijainti edellä mentiin, joten kompromisseja tehtiin sitten hinnan pudotttamiseksi. Halpa vrk hinta oli tiedossa ja siksi ei odotettu sen kummempaa - eli oltiin tyytyväisiä (2 yötä palveli tarkoitustaan kun syötiin ulkona) Ullakkoasuntoon pääsi mukavasti suoraan (5krs) hissillä. Makkarit on tilavat! Sinänsä haastava, mutta hieno kämppä, josta muutamalla tonnilla, ja pienellä laitolla, omistajat voisivat luoda upean kohteen josta helposti voisi pyytää jopa tuplat/yö! ja arvosana kohteesta olis helposti min 9! Riittävän siisti kuitenkin ilmeeltään. 2 WC tä on plussaa.

Useampi lamppu ei toiminut, toimistomainen valaistus, melko kulahtaneet ja ei niin käytännölliset kalusteet.. Joustinpatjoille vois hankkia petarit (nyt jouset tuntui selässä) ja paremmat tyynyt, tai muutama lisätyyny. Keittiön varustelu ei mahdollista juurikaan minkäänlaista kokkailua ( tosin ei nyt haitannut meitä). Joitakuita voi häiritä ettei ole ilmalämpöpumppua. Me pärjättiin ok, vaikka ulkona oli +27 läpivedon avulla.

Sijainti on todella keskeinen ja mahdollinen katumelu ei häiritse sillä makuuhuoneet pihan puolella.

Avaimen löytämisessä meni aikaa. Löytyi lopulta kadun toiselta puolen, mikä ei ilmennyt selkeästi ohjeista.

Excellent communication by the owner. The whole arrival, check-in, check-out was very smooth. The complimentary taxi upon arrival was a wonderful gesture, very appreciated. The location in the city center is perfect, close to everything on foot. The apartment is large and comfortable, quite silent. We didn’t use the kitchen and the washing machine, but they are available. Hair dryer is provided too. The beds were comfortable with warm covers.

Only small things that could be improved to enhance the rating: first and most important of all, the darkening of the windows in the bedrooms. The current curtain let’s light through. A darkening one would enhance the experience significantly. The window in the left bedroom does not close properly and cold air comes in. We solved both by piling couch pillows in front of the window, but a more permanent solution could be nice. A shower curtain could also help.
