La ubicación espectacular. Las vistas desde la habitación un lujo. Y las cenas en la terraza que da directamente al paseo marítimo nos encantó. Además una zona muy tranquila con toda la zona de bares y tiendas a sólo 3 minutos andando. Si volvemos a mallorca sin duda repetiremos.

The location is fantastic, we had every day breakfast on the veranda overlooking the sea. The house was comfortable and clean.

The dishwasher didn‘t work and could not be repaired in time for us. Other than that everything was perfect.

One of the best apartments I have stayed in!! Communication: first you deal with a booking agency, i had a request and they made this work for me. They were so friendly and replied super fast. As your stay comes near, you are in contact with Joan who also replies really fast over whatsapp and is just so kind! The location: excellent, just minutes away from beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Larger supermarkets are about 10 (mercadona) and 15 (aldi) by foot. Busstop to alcudia also 10 min by foot. In winter I think 98% of can picaforts restaurants is closed so I do recommend a car so you can visit sa pobla, inca etc. The apartment: you enter the house through a large indoor shed/maintenance room which houses the washing machine and has room for your bikes if you rent/bring them. Then you cross an atrium (wow!) and through another locked door (so very safe) you enter the actual apartment. It is large and clean and they supply you generously with basics, for instance laundry detergent, salt/pepper etc. Concerning outdoor seating you are spoilt for choice: the atrium, 2 balconies and a huge terrace! I even saw some sun loungers in the shed. I would def stay here again!

Some appliances are a bit old, for instance the water kettle. And the tv, it was not compatible with a chromecast
