New Jupiter apartment wonderful views

The property was cleaned to a high standard when we arrived. It was located in a great area within walking distances of shops, restaurants and the sea. The small pools were open during the time we were there and this was more than sufficient for our needs. The amenities suited our needs- a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and hob with pots and pans. The shower was always a good temperature and powerful. The owner was easy to contact and check in and out was really straightforward.

The bed and pillows were a bit firm, after a week this was starting to take its toll. The parking could be difficult at times and we weren’t there during high season- not a problem if you didn’t rent a car. Only a few sun loungers were available at the pool the remainder were padlocked with no obvious solution- we were able to rest on the grass banks though so not a huge problem. Sound travelled really easily from people returning late at night, but we had earplugs which worked.

Ik vond het contact met de host super. Appartement was heel netjes en alles wat je nodig had was er. Leuk zwembad buiten, vriendelijke receptionist.

Het parkeren voor de deur van onze huurauto was een drama. Vooral als je in de avond terugkomt.

The location, so close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach and promenade were about a 10/15 min walk away. The apartment was well laid out, bed was comfy. There was a safe in the wardrobe which was great. Wifi was also excellent. I was holidaying on my own and i felt very safe in the apartment

The noise. While this isn't the owner of the apartments fault it is something to be aware off. You can hear noise on either side of you and above you and sometimes out in the corridor. If you wanted to go by the pool to sunbathe you had to pay 4 euro for a sun bed which if you were a group of 4 people that would work out expensive. I think if the owner could put at least 2 fold up sun loungers in the apartment that would be great and there is room to do so.

Very clean throughout. Had a washing machine. Very good to have British TV channels. There was a bus top outside but it was impossible to get on a bus going up to the Arroya as they were all full so walked. It is beside the Nuevo Bonanza square with its Brit bars if you like that. Not far to walk to the park and 10 minutes to the beach. Nice view of the mountains but only late afternoon sun.

The main pool was closed and just the small side pool open. This meant that at 11.00am when it was opened there was a queue and a rush for sunbeds. There was plenty of sun beds but they were chained up. There was only one bedside cabinet and no lighting at all on the bed wall so it was difficult to read at night. The bathroom although new had a tiny basin but a huge cabinet above so it was almost impossible to brush your teeth or wash your face. Small balcony and at times it was very noisy from groups and families talking and shouting on surrounding balconies.
