Excelente ubicacion, tranquilidad y seguridad

Poco utensilios de cocina. Falto mucho. Para personas que viajamos sin nada. Seria agradable contar con mas utensilios.

War alles okay. Ich habe geschlafen wie ein Baby. Gute Matratze. Schön ruhig in der Nacht.

Konnte etwas günstiger sein.

I loved the location in front of the beautiful mountains and the little charlet. Clean and cozy altough kitchenette very limited on amenities (pots, pans, dishes,etc ) + dishes needs to be cleaned in the "main" kitchen (a little hut with one table for two +microwave and a sink). Shared toilets/showers very clean.

I wasn't impressed about young male staff at check-in. He asked if we needed towels/linen. I replied yes. He advised the price was 100 NOK per person and I mentioned that i tough it was 75 NOk per person. He said that booking.com advised wrong. I didn't have internet and I needed the stuff so I accepted, still doubting of what advised. In the cabin I had the opportunity to check and I had a message from the property advised about 75 NOK price so I went back to the satff. He was very difensive and advised that "I asked you if you were ok. Why did you say yes?" . I mentioned that I had no choice but the point is that the message from the property and customers should be advised correctly ahead. Firstly he was ready to proceed with the refund , then he told me that he needed to speak to his boss and he will get back to me at the chalet. He never came back... I work in customer service and this is not acceptable.

De locatie vlakbij Geiranger is top. Het is zonde dat ze dit niet volledig benutten.
