I would like to share an honest and fair review based on my personal experience at this hotel. The bar and restaurant staff were very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was good and of an average standard, but fair for the price paid. The beach was clean, and the children’s pool was well organized. Cleanliness was acceptable, although not at the standard I would expect from a resort. Unfortunately, the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell. Overall, based on these aspects, I would rate the hotel around 7–8/10 for its category. However, I now have to mention the experience that significantly affected my overall impression. I went to the hotel reception to make a reservation after seeing on Booking.com that accommodation was available. At that moment, my credit card was not working, so I needed to pay in cash. The price shown on Booking.com was €1,303 for four nights, while at the reception I was told that the price was €2,300. I politely explained that there was a significant difference between the two prices and that I was unable to pay by card at that moment. The response I received was extremely arrogant: “This is the price.” As a result, I had no choice but to make the reservation through Booking.com and use a friend’s card to complete the payment. After arriving with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, I was then left waiting for approximately 60 minutes, even though I explained that I had been travelling for nearly 20 hours and desperately needed to rest. It was already 7:00 PM. The attitude of the management and reception staff was, in my opinion, arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. I was eventually allowed to enter my room, and I could not help but feel that this treatment was connected to the fact that I had not paid the €2,300 requested at reception and had instead booked through Booking.com for €1,303. For me, the management and reception staff deserve 1/10.
