All in all very acceptable.
Bedroom located over the bar. Noise created by chairs being moved at night and from 07:00
Relaxing pool was great until some entertainer with a microphone started screaming at the main pool which was totally unnecessary. The manic noise carried to the relaxing pool.

Delicious food, good shows, and entertainment.
The shower gels and shampoos are not good.

The hotel is average overall. The facilities are generally satisfactory, but the service could be improved significantly.
In particular, the reception team would benefit from additional training in customer service. Staff should be more welcoming, approachable, and willing to assist guests, as a friendly attitude can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.
Unfortunately, the staff’s behaviour negatively affects the hotel’s overall performance and reputation, despite the facilities being reasonably good. The management should be aware about this to improve the performance of the hotel.
