Clean, free drinks in the minibar, comfortable bed, nice view, large selection of drinks at bar, near all the sights, Karaoke night was fun
On the 29th of March at night I got severe food poisoning, I was up all night with fever, diarrhea, and vomiting (note: I’m a vegetarian, so that shouldn’t even be possible!) We just went to inform Customer Relations and offered to fill out a report and she basically said “…and, what do you want me to do?” and then “can you fly in this state?” There were three other staff there just staring me down- and just to clarify: that day I only ate at the hotel. Not only did their food make me really, really sick, but how they handled it was humiliating. The very least you can do is file a report so future guests don’t get sick like me. The hotel keeps recycling/reusing food and while I understand avoiding food waste, if it has gone bad you will risk the lives of your guests! And then be so nonchalant about it is disgusting.

Adult pool was a big plus. Rooms are spacious. There is food served almost at all times.
Hotel Management handled room with not functioning AC really poorly.
Food is average at best.
Beach is far away and you need to take a shuttle bus and the latest return shuttle is at 17 which is super early.
All the couches and chairs in the lobby are quite dirty.
Rooms have no cups or glasses except paper cups.
