De grootte van het appartement, het zeer ruime balkon, de garage voor de motoren, de zitplekken in de tuin, het gebruik van de BBQ en de zeer vriendelijke gastvrije eigenaar Joop. De douche was soms koud, het bleek een probleem van de geiser te zijn, Joop heeft het opgelost.

Het onderkomen is enorm bevallen. Werkelijk elke kamer is van gemakken en diverse 'luxe' voorzien. Desondanks is er echt een toepasselijke lokale sfeer. Het is ook knus, warm. Alles wat je denkt mee te moeten nemen is er al. De matrassen zijn goed zo ook het andere meubilair. Goed geïsoleerd. Ligt erg centraal in Biersdorf. Je kan alle kanten op. Zeer gastvrije host (Nederlands).
