In the middle of the picturesque South Eifel, our holiday home is located just above the reservoir near the Dorint Hotel. It is ideal for families and those looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The cozy holiday home in the south Eifel with a size of 77 m² is suitable for 5 guests and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, in addition there is a cot and an additional sleeping accommodation in the living area.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living and dining area with generous ceiling, a bathroom with tub and shower facility and a storage room.
From the living room you can access the outdoor terrace, which invites you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings with garden furniture, a bench and a barbecue. Enjoy from here the panoramic view in the natural landscape of the Eifel.
The open living and dining area by the fireplace provides relaxation in autumn and winter. The house has 2 flat TV (living room and bedroom), radio / CD / DVD player and Wi-Fi, as well as CD's, DVD's and books and children's toys.
The nearby Biersdorf am See (1 km) has a bakery, café and restaurants.

"The house is clean, the beds are good and the inventory is okay.
We only missed a rack for the wash, but that is just a minor thing.
The facilities around the park are a bit old and abandoned.
