Немного мешали дорожные и строительные работы напротив апартаментов. Но это временно и не критично!

We came with high expectations based on previous reviews, and Karen and his place did not disappoint. We felt very save, very comfortable and the place had so much character. Special love for the balcony, proper air conditioner in both rooms and attention to detail.

Отличное расположение с прекрасным видом! Квартира светлая, есть две террасы — большой плюс!
Периодически были проблемы с напором горячей воды.

Очень понравились данные апартаменты. Для готовки присутствуют все необходимые кухонные инструменты, кастрюли, сковородка, соль с перцем, друшлаг, контейнеры, моющее средство и другое. Микроволновая печь с режимами приготовления еды. Есть и веранда, и балкон с видом на холмы и частично Арарат, на закате особенно красиво Всё работает. Удобно и очень функционально, чисто и опрятно. Рядом есть супермаркет, центр тоже довольно близко.
