Rendkívül barátságtalan személyzet az étteremben(molett hölgy és pocakos úr), nem beszélnek angolul sem németül; kevés választék a vacsoránál; spa részleg 2helyszínen van ; az étteremben nem lehet leülni ott ahol szeretnénk (egy eldugott helyen kaptunk asztalt ahol nincs kilátás), nincs elegendő parkolóhely.
