The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.

This year was much different. Knowing we try to schedule this place for same season and typically week every year, the construction was very distracting for what we hoped for a quiet ministry trip.We had no clue people were going to be over do work to property, also the washers were having trouble. Leaking on ceiling, through first floor, then a step was so damaged that we had an attendee fall and skin her knee, twist her ankle. The carpet was just pieces together scattering everywhere you walked on it and not taped down. Safety was not up to par for cost It just wasn’t up to the par of cleanly either. The cost of these fees and cleaning really needs to be dropped lower as it is not worth 700.
