Walking distance to renown restaurants, outdoor bars, biking, hiking and the Seastreak Ferry to New York City!! Perfect accommodations for 2 adults with queen bed, fully functional kitchen, large shower and Washer/Dryer. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this unique home was elevated after Hurricane Sandy and the breezy living area is up one flight of stairs. (Local Rental License # 7932)

We loved our stay at Barbara's beach cottage in Highlands. It was very clean and had all we needed for the weekend!

We enjoy a relaxing 4 night stay in the cottage. It was spotless and perfectly equipped for our stay. Barbara was the perfect host and a friendly neighbor! Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. We would definitely recommend this charming, cozy cottage.

The Cottage is as advertised. Stairs, so know that prior to plan. 1 Block from the Marina and near restaurants so you can walk or if you drive it's 2 minutes. We love this area, there is much to do when weather is nice. Restaurants are all great. If you love seafood this is the area. The Cottage is great for 2 people and has everything. The front porch is lovely. Barbara is a great host and is very helpful. It's a good value.
