About this cottage rental

The long time shore residence of Dr. Kayo, who the locals know as Cousin David, is now available for vacation rental for the first time. Enjoy rocking on the front porch or watch the boats go by from the back porch. This cottage has a nice size bedroom with a queen bed, living room with comfortable sectional, well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk in shower. All with no stairs. Located on South Bay Ave, this cottage is a short walk to numerous restaurants and bars. The property also has a floating dock that you can tie your boat to while staying, and plenty of private parking.

Loved my stay!! Location was amazing! Hartshorne Woods Park is around the corner so I took my dog for daily winter walks. Sandy Hook is also within walking distance so we took a beach walk as well. Adorable beach bungalow with absolutely everything you need! Close to everything! Will definitely stay there again!! Gary and Pete were super helpful!!

Charming comfortable cottage. Pet friendly. Nice location to walk dogs along river park. Plenty to do in the area. Walked to Bahrs for take out. Good communication with host.Clean with amenities.

It was sidewalk/street side. Needs an exterminator. Caretaker of property smoking constantly and smoke was entering our unit thru the window air conditioners. Way over priced.
