Beautiful Bayfront property with direct access to Mobile Bay.
Watch the sunrise to your east, and the sunset to your west - daily off your deck, or from your very large windows, all facing the Bay!

Also, Gulf side beach, is less than a half mile walk across the street.
Lot's of great tourist attractions, and activities in the area including dolphin watches, family amusement centers and golf all within 30 minutes.
Restaurants with great seafood options are on the Island and in Gulf Shores.

House is great! The views are as described! Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach, and its not bad at all (even with a two year old). Most evenings, we were able to sit on the bay beach behind the house and enjoy the sunset (when the tide is out). Communication with host was fast and simple, almost instant replies. 10 out of 10, would rent again.

Location is perfect for fishing in fort Morgan or hanging out at the beach. The cleaners do fine inside. No bugs inside. Caught big fish at the fort Morgan point.Downside is the general upkeep of the property is poor. Lots of trash, tall weeds, and rusty junk. Killed a cottonmouth in the carport, that made the tall weeds even more of an issue. Everyone got sharp burrs in their feet and they got brought inside by sticking to clothing. Handrails on back stairs felt like they would fall off, lots of mold in upstairs bathroom.
