About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of the building "Am Januskopf 07," right near the beach, and offers approximately 139 m² of living space. It features a kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, and two or three separate bedrooms (one of the living rooms can be “converted” into a bedroom using a sleeper sofa), two bathrooms, an entryway, and a large terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available.

To the left and right of the spacious dining room, you’ll find the two living rooms. The stylishly furnished first living room features a comfortable, large designer sofa with room for the whole family. A wide selection of DVDs is available for our guests, and board games and books also contribute to the entertainment (no guarantees!). The second living room is equipped with a cozy sleeper sofa, so it can also be used as a bedroom for up to two people.
The kitchen features an additional dining area and is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances (including an induction stove, a separate beverage refrigerator, a freezer, a Nespresso machine, a multifunctional food processor comparable to a Thermomix, and much more), leaving nothing to be desired. For example, there are two sets of dishes.
The two bedrooms, each featuring a double box-spring bed, offer restful nights and can be completely darkened. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms is a private bathroom with a corner bathtub, shower, hair dryer, and toilet. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, and toilet is also available and accessible from the entryway. The showers are walk-in.
A free Wi-Fi network is, of course, available.
From the large living room, you can step out onto the approximately 45 m² south-facing terrace with a garden, which offers plenty of space for the whole family. The terrace is accessible without a threshold. Garden furniture is, of course, provided.
A garage parking space is included free of charge with the apartment.
If there are more than six of you, you can book additional rooms in the basement, which are just as modernly furnished.
