I've stayed at the property on a previous visit and found it to be clean, comfortable and met my needs, thus the reason for staying again. As before, it fully met my expectations and I had another comfortable stay.

A perfect,comfortable,convenient stop off on our NC 500 tour.

This is a delightful guest house,well situated for easy reach to the town and its facilities. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. A lovely little welcome pack and a fridge were both appreciated. Really good shower and very comfortable bed,Nadine,the owner could not have been more friendly or helpful.

A lovely comfortable room with everything you could wish for. Very clean and peaceful in a very convenient and peaceful area in lovely Ullapool. A few minutes walk to harbour and shops and lots of places to eat. Also Tesco and fuel nearby. A really convenient stay for the NC500. A lovely friendly and helpful host.

I had a superb two night stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly and accommodating host, very tastefully decorated and well equipped en-suite room with many 'nice touches', just a few minutes walk from the centre of a lovely highland town and harbour with stunning scenery all around.

Friendly, beautiful Location and wonderful room

Nadine on check in was so welcoming. Sharing with us lots of information regarding the property and what is on in the local area. The bedroom was lovely with a beautiful 4 poster bed. The bathroom was excellent also with a lovely powerful shower. The room was made up every day by Nadine and she does a wonderful job. The location is jaw dropping, walk out the front door and look left and you will see the most beautiful of countryside that looks onto the loch. We will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

This was a nice relaxing 2 night stay in the middle of a very hectic months schedule.

Nadine was so welcoming and told us all about places to go and where to eat. The room was a very good size and bowls and cutlery were provided along with a small fridge so you can provide your own breakfast and eat at the small table if you didn’t want to eat out all the time. We had porridge pots and fruit and it worked well. The location was fab with lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance and some really lovely walks nearby. Great stay and would definitely stay again

Fantastic, relaxing break in beautiful Ullapool

Fantastic location for exploring the highlands and all facilities are in walking distance. We appreciated all the information on local restaurants on arrival - we enjoyed trying different ones each day. We had a very comfortable stay at Island View House and Ullapool is a beautiful place to stay - we didn’t really want to leave!

Good location, just a short walk to the harbour. Far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Had a good nights sleep. Bed very comfortable. Host Nadine was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again if available when touring again.
