About this house rental
Accommodation in residential complex located in the south of the island of Gran Canaria in Sonneland (Maspalomas), which is a very quiet area with quick access to the highway.
The complex has three swimming pools, one of them for children, tennis court and football/basketball court.
The property was renovated in 2021, is well positioned in the complex a few meters from the access to the complex and the pool area.
The property is south facing so you can enjoy the sun practically all day long.
It is ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, who wish to spend a relaxing vacation in a place where it is practically sunny all year round and with excellent facilities.
The space: The first floor has a private terrace perfect for spending good times, relaxing and enjoying the sun, BBQ area and outdoor solar shower. Inside the house is the living room, the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and also the bathroom.
On the second floor there is a bedroom and the master bedroom (has attic storage), which leads to the balcony with views.
Services and common areas: it has a private parking space, wifi throughout the house, two Smart TVs in which you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney platforms.
Guests will be provided with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cleaning and laundry products.
Nearby places: 300 m walking distance to the nearest supermarket and restaurant.
Between 1 and 3 kilometers are the following places and services: El Tablero Shopping Center, Maspalomas Dunes and Maspalomas Beach, Meloneras area, Holiday World Maspalomas amusement park, Parque del Sur.
There is a bus and cab stop 100 meters from the accommodation.
At about 200 meters from the residential you can rent electric skateboards.

Not to lodge animals.
Keep the property in good condition.
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace on the first floor.
It is forbidden to organize parties.

Pros: The house was wonderful , really clean and lovely modern decoration everything you would need was provided and the host Yunay was so helpful , will look to book again for sure when planning another holiday to Gran Canaria.

Pros: Hôte très accueillant et réactif. Bonne situation. Appartement petit mais très fonctionnel, agréable, très bien décoré et remis à neuf. 2 terrasses très agréables.
Belle surprise de pouvoir nager fin novembre dans la piscine (même si fraîche)
Cons: Pas de vue depuis la terrasse du rez (vue de la terasse du 1er étage plus ouverte).
Les bugalows de la résidence sont les uns sur les autres, mais cela pas trop dérangeant en hiver car très peu de monde.
