Tenuta Diciassetteconi Trulli With Pool, Ostuni, Italy

A stunning collection of sensitively restored Trulli, set in a 3-hectare private estate, with olive trees, an orchard and an infinity pool. This little piece of paradise sleeps 10 people and is the perfect destination for a family reunion or group of friends. The complex consists of 3 independent structures, each with its own kitchen and separate entrances, and a 4th trulli, which has a double bedroom and bathroom.

The interiors have been luxuriously restored with a combination of traditional and contemporary finishes. The designer’s passion for high-quality, recycled materials, such as ancient wood, is evident throughout the property. The separate trulli, with private entrances, are grouped around the central trulli. Here guests can enjoy the vaulted sitting room, built of pale local stone, which has an open fireplace, sofas and a Smart TV. The dining room, under the central dome of the house, has high ceilings, wooden beams and beautiful rough stone floors. A large archway leads through to the kitchen, which is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, American fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. One of the other 2 kitchens is a semi-professional, steel kitchen.

The outdoor space has been arranged with as much care as the interiors. There is a spacious dining area under an attractive pergola, for relaxed dinners al fresco. A large lawn leads to the new private swimming pool, which has sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

There are a total of 4 beautiful double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, plus a bedroom with 2 single beds. One of the double bedrooms also includes a cosy child’s bed which has been built in a nook in the stone wall.

Location

Just over one hour south of Bari, the capital of Puglia, in quiet countryside, this property allows guests to relax in peace but also explore some of the gems of the region, such as Alberobello (25 minutes) and Noci (35 minutes). The town of Ostuni (20 minutes), perched on top of a hill and surrounded by ancient walls, makes a fascinating day trip. Get lost in its historical centre and explore the stunning churches.

The lesser-known village of Cisternino is just 10 minutes away. This charming town is known as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. It is also included in the Slow Food list thanks to its promotion of gastronomic traditions. It is the ideal place to find the very best local produce to cook at home.

The property is only 30/40 minutes from one of the most striking beaches in Italy, including Quarto di Monte and Lido Morelli.

The closest airport is at Bari, a 1-hour 20-minute drive from the house. Please note that the pool is open from the 16th of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
