It's a lovely farm setting, very thoughtfully laid out and the room was comfortable with heaters that worked very much. I was the only person staying there since it was deep offseason, so there weren't the same options for activities or meals, etc. I did have breakfast both mornings in the little sunroom and it was lovely, some cakes and pastries and eggs and such. Figuring out where to go and how to get in when arriving after dark was tricky but finally figured it out, and I was met by a few people to get me settled. I couldn't take advantage of the pool, outdoor dining area, etc. due to it being too chilly. Lots of kitties to pet :) Overall it was a lovely stay, if a bit more minimal due to being in deep offseason.
Most of the challenges I had were due to when I was visiting, as that late Jan/early Feb time in Puglia is very deep offseason and lots of things are closed, hotels and restaurants don't offer the same amenities, etc. No big complaints. Do be aware that it's about a 15 minute drive into Cisternino for dinner (other options 15-30 minutes away).
