Borgo Del Tempo Ritrovato - Luxury Relais in Puglia

We absolutely loved our stay at Borgo Del Tempo Ritrovato. It was luxurious, relaxing, beautiful and such a lovely place to spend time with family. The property is gorgeous and very central to many of Puglia's delights. As we were travelling with our two children, we loved visiting the farm animals, relaxing/playing by our private pool and exploring the property. It really exceeded our expectations. To add, the staff were wonderful and the food truck was delicious (and very convenient as it served breakfast, lunch and dinner so you don't need to cook or go anywhere if you wish).

The trullo was charming and the private outdoor space was fantastic and wonderfully relaxing. We wished we had more time to make use of the BBQ/Pizza oven. Breakfast was good, but it was just the sense of peace and being at one with nature that we really appreciated. We hope to return with more of the family for a longer stay in the future.

The pinsa that we had on the first day was cold and never saw the inside of the pizza oven - not really a real pinsa in our view. There were too many wasps around to be able to eat/drink outside comfortably in September.

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön und sehr exklusiv. Die Trullis sind wunderschön ausgestattet, die Outdoorkitchen und der Pool lassen auch für anspruchsvolle Gäste keinen Wunsch offen. Sehr exklusives Private-Feeling und perfekter Service. Frisch zubereitete Speisen werden auch ins Haus serviert, wirklich perfekt!

Our stay at Borgo del Tempo Ritrovato was exceptional. Communication before arrival was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed at the gate before being whisked to our trullo by golf buggy with our luggage taken care of. The team is what truly makes this place special. Every staff member is incredibly welcoming, attentive and happy to help with anything. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts were outstanding, with everything freshly made on site using produce from the farm. The dinners were equally memorable, and the lady who cooks is an exceptional cook. We loved picking fresh vegetables from the garden for our salads, and the farm animals added to the experience. Our trulli had a great kitchen and a washing machine which was great to be able to wash and cook some amazing fresh produce from around the region. The property is beautifully designed, peaceful and perfectly run. It set such a high standard that our next accommodation couldn't compare. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We hated leaving! We enjoyed our stay so much, we didnt want to leave. there was nothing not to love.
