I stumbled across this beautiful little community and gorgeous house by chance. We always stay in Panama City and I just needed something different. the host is absolutely the sweetest ever, she checks in with you is so easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful and fully stocked from the outside grill, kitchen, beach towels the whole nine yards, everything we needed was there . My teens and nephew LOVED the pool and the fact that it’s private and covered is amazing. Englewood beach is about 15 minutes drive and Venice beach is onward about 45 mins. Several beach roads are currently still closed and non accessible however there are places to park and walk too. Previous hurricanes (Milton and Helene) really devastated large parts of all of the counties that surround Rotonda west, even as far as fort Walton beach, we seen damaged. We found so many shark teeth on the days we actually got to get beach time in. The downside was the weather and it stormed pretty hard every day of our stay between 3-8pm so that was a bummer but that was at no fault to anyone, so we made the best of the time we were able to get in! This house was so easy to relax in, the master bathroom shower was immaculate, and the beds, omg the beds!!!! LITERALLY THESE WERE THE BEST MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS I have ever slept in! 10/10 would stay here again!

What a great stay - the house, lanai with pool, and area. Can’t say enough about it. Kim, the host, was amazing - attentive to any questions. House was perfect for our 6 week stay- will definitely return! We already miss floating in the pool!

House was just as described in photos and pool area was great (spacious, clean, and great layout with sun exposure all day). Everything you needed was provided (condiments, oil, detergent, bath products, board games, everything)...very convenient! Kim was wonderful and provided great communication. The only suggestions I would have is different pillows (not the most comfortable) and provide a blanket for chilly nights or sitting on the leather couch. Would stay here and rent from Kim again! Bonus: rented through Marriott Homes and VillasThank you for being a wonderful host Kim!
