Lakefront Beach House, is a brand new ultimate holiday home for guests looking for that extra something special. Perfection for couples and families alike, not only will the kids love it but it is the perfect location for anyone to relax & explore the sights!
With your own piece of the stunning lake you can enjoy a morning swim or help
yourself to the paddle board/kayak for a gentle paddle.
Crisp linens, beautifully styled decor, waterfront views, a stone’s throw to the beach or a 10 minute beachfront walk to the markets on main street makes Lakefront Beach House at Victor Harbor the number 1 getaway in all seasons.
Sit back and relax on the rear deck, drop a line in and try your luck, kick back with a coffee straight from the Nespresso machine or enjoy a sparkling drink & platter overlooking the lake whilst you watch the world go by.
With an abundance of recreational opportunities available in this location why not launch the Kayak or Paddleboard from your very own doorstep, take a bike ride along the beachfront bike way, stroll across the road to the beachfront Kent Reserve for a swim at the beach or a scooter ride to the basketball court and playground!
With boogie boards and beach towels included the owners really have thought of everything with this one!
In Bed 1 and Bed 2 the property has luxurious queen beds, Bed 3 has double bunks with all linen supplied, perfect accommodation for 2 families or 3 couples. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a generous walk in robe and the main bathroom has a relaxing bath. The back deck area has a gas BBQ for that classic Aussie barbeque on a warm summer’s day and a fire pit for a cold winter’s night. For added year round comfort the home includes reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling.
*Life jackets included with kayaks - please note that these must be worn while on the lake and children must be supervised at all times. Whilst the lake has beautiful swimming water guests do swim at their own risk.

We stayed at this property over the October long weekend and had a blast. It had everything we needed, we had the best time using the bikes, kayak and paddle board.

As a family of 6 adults we flew over from W.A. and picked up Gran. We then drove to this property. The living areas were very spacious. Being on the water was excellent. Bedroom with bunks beds was a bit small but sufficient as we were only sleeping in there. Bunk beds seemed a bit flimsy. When we arrived, we noticed there were no bin bags, not enough bathroom soap and the toilet door and wall were dirty. Called the agent, they left us all the supplies but did not clean the toilet. That was disappointing. Kayak and paddleboard excellent and bikes. Although a allen key was needed for one of the seats. Overall, we had a great family holiday in lovely accomodation.

Easy check in, great location and views
everything was there, just had to buy tissues and serviettes, but overall we would and will be back.
The only helpful hint is Coffee machine needs extra note about pods for coffee and pods for milk a little confusing if never used before.
