Sit back and enjoy a prime position on the Esplanade at Victor Harbor. Enjoy Ocean views and take in the surrounding Islands, enjoy a short walk to the local cafes, main street precinct and Granite Island. Location is perfect with this one and this modern townhouse provides everything you need for a great getaway.
The property features the following layout
Upstairs:
Climb the stairs and you are greeted by stunning views and the large open plan area
Living includes comfy lounges and TV and of course the stunning view on offer
Access to the front balcony which includes BBQ and outdoor table
Dining ensures 8 guests can be accommodated easily to enjoy a meal
The kitchen is excellent and offers quality appliances and an adequate supply for crockery and cutlery.
Coffee machine is a Caffinity brand - pods available from Woolworths or Coles. *NOT Nespresso pods*
A second bathroom is located upstairs including shower, toilet and basin
The master bedroom features a king bed
Downstairs:
Two bedrooms, one featuring queen bed, second featuring 2 bunks and single (sleeping 5)
Bathroom including full size bath, shower and toilet
Garage with parking for one car, there is also street parking for extra cars

Location was great. Kitchen very well appointed, with everything you could need for meal preparation.
Be aware there is no WIFI, and only a DVD player (and cassette player!) so not very well appointed for media.
Also, as mentioned in a prior review, the upstairs bedroom takes only King sheets and the bedrooms down stairs are hard to warm up; we needed to keep the doors shut to try and warm them up.
However we did have a lovely warm bath!!
