The amenities were exceptional. So many utensils/basic food staples were available. Drawers were clearly marked so finding things was very easy.
The water in one shower took awhile to heat and when adjusting became cold for quite some time. Side fence has loose fence sheet and side gate rattled in the wind which woke occupants in the early hours of the morning and prevented much more sleep.

Only one smart television set provided - should have other sets in bedrooms.
Basic furniture, no wardrobes in Rooms 4 & 5.
Floor covering lino with not rugs in bedrooms 4 & 5.
Beds only had doonas - should have provided light blankets as well.
Hot water service in bathroom between rooms 4 & 5 cuts out so shower suddenly becomes cold. Could not use.
Beds too soft.
Nor good value for amount of rental paid.
