We arrived before our room was ready, and so the lock box was not where it was supposed to be. But that got sorted out when we reached check-in time, with a helpful video showing exactly where to find it. A clean, very comfortable apartment, across from the university library, and down the street from some good restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting on the capacious balcony, in the comfortable chairs, having a drink or eating our take-out. This is a great place to stay. It has an elevator!
