Good sized property, plenty of space for 7 people and more. Garden is huge and the area is very quiet. DVD’s for entertainment on quiet days were a great. Conservatory was lovely and bright and warm to sit out in.

The single bed was a little unstable, as was one of the other beds in the twin room. Sofas were not terribly comfortable.

All the comforts of home in excellent condition, and we stayed home and in the garden for six blazing Spring days. We loved the flowering village of Middlezoy for short walks and even met the bell ringers in the church. There was no need to contact the owners, but they did properly inform us of potential power cuts. You can shop in the village shop or go to supermarkets in Street (18 mins drive). With token milk, butter, jam and chutney on arrival, the place has been total value for money. It was our second group booking here after a colder winter stay.

The joining kitchen and dining room were perfect for our group of 7 to cook and socialise. Kitchen facilities were as any home should be.. A small village shop sufficed and a car ride to thesupermarket. Overall, a great price serving all our essential stay needs

The sitting room tended to be on the cool side (there's a wood stove but didn't manage to source logs or kindling).
