The friendly receptionists and in particular the helpful and welcoming evening one.
The curtain at the shower, in the otherwise recently renovated bathroom. OK, it was very clean but in 2025 no hotel should use curtains instead of shower cabins.

The hotel was close to my conference centre, had lots of reasonable restaurants nearby and close to the beach for a walk.
It’s a little noisy from the motorway outside and at times other guests were loud.

Good position if you want to go to the marina or the sea. Train is near and efficient to move to different beaches.
The cleaning ladies were very friendly and did an impeccable job.
Breakfast if basic and so the quality is minimal - better than nothing, far from good.
The room was super small, I was alone and I had difficulties to put my stuff around.
Personnel not super friendly, if you talk to them is ok, otherwise thy basically ignore you
