Great location. Walking distance to Hastings street and the beach. Plenty of space despite 7 people sharing the space.
Not enough seating in the lounge room for large bookings. Having to wait until 3pm to check in for cleaning to take place only to find rubbish left over from previous bookings on verandah.

location was perfect only a short walk to the main beach, layout was nice and place was right outside a bus stop
