We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The best perk was the proximity to the beach, and the flexibility that comes with that. As a large group we were able to go to and from the beach as we pleased. The access point only has a few public parking spots so the beach there was not crowded at all.The host team was available and communicated well before and through out the trip.We had two families with toddlers and grandparents. The house layout was perfect for us as it’s setup with 2 wings. 1 queen, 2 bunks, 2 baths on one wing; 3 br, 2 baths in the other. Elevator was helpfulThings we wish we knew before coming:- house has a pack and play in the primary- there are several standard coffee machines (no keurig or nespresso)- expect to stock your own pantry (no items at all)- Walmart delivers hereThere are several amenities that are really helpful for a beach trip:- wagon and beach chairs- pool towels- quiet and fast laundry machine- outdoor shower and spray hose

AMI was great. Timely communication. Check in and check out were easy. Home was perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen/great room/dining was great. Location is easy to the beach. Short walk. Pool area was loved by everyone. Anna Maria island is quiet and comfortable. Perfect beach.

This house is great, we had plenty of room for our kids and grands.. 5 adults and 7 kids. The beach is a very short walk and the heated pool was an added plus since it was April and still a bit cool. The pool alarm was appreciated since we had young children with us. I definitely recommend this property!
