Shore House is a large luxury home one block from the sugary white sands of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Multiple private terraces, a large heated private pool with lushly landscaped grounds and six generously sized suites enhance guest comfort and offer plenty of space for relaxing moments or celebratory events.
Shore House has an elegant coastal design with Designer furnishings throughout. The main living area features an expansive open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen opening up to the dining area and main gathering space. Brand new wood flooring throughout adds warmth and sophistication to this beautiful home. The desirable set up of this home offers not only an open floor plan on the 1st level, but extra large bedroom suites with separate bathrooms which make traveling with a group enjoyable. Picture yourself gathering in the great room while cooking, watching TV or reading a book, then retreating to your own suite for some privacy. Shore House offers guests the convenience of 2 laundry rooms - one on the main floor and the second, located on the 2nd floor across from two bedrooms.
The kitchen has plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining table up to 8 guests while the large center island can accommodate an additional 3-4 guests. Great house. Convenient. Nice bathrooms. Very attentive property manager. Nice furniture and decor. Lots of beach toys etc. kitchen cupboard kind of banged up. But all in all it was great!

I could have rated this property as perfect but it fell short in terms of overall cleanliness. Door handles and cabinet handles were dirty. The smaller throw rugs at doorways were disgustingly dirty, several pans were so worn that they were not worthy of using. For the price charged, there were not any extra toilet paper, paper rolls or trash bags. This is the first vrbo that I’ve stayed at that did not provide those little extras. But the location is perfect, wonderful pool and plenty is spacious bedrooms. Have 2 separate laundry rooms was very convenient. Communication and check in process was excellent. With a little extra attention to details, this property could be a gem.
