Αmmora Villa IV is a stylish two-story villa featuring two spacious bedrooms, one on each floor, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The ground floor offers a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining space for six guests, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV. Upstairs, the second bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and access to a private veranda overlooking the breathtaking Cretan Sea. Natural wood and stone blend beautifully with the villa’s contemporary design, creating a warm, elegant and relaxing atmosphere. From every corner, enjoy stunning views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and a stylish lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular Falassarna sunsets. A dining area for six, BBQ facilities, and a comfortable sitting area complete the outdoor space, creating the perfect setting for memorable moments with family and friends. Private and secure parking is also available on the property.

Ammora Villa IV is part of the Ammora Villas, which includes 4 luxury villas: Ammora Villa I (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa II (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa III (2 bedrooms), Ammora Villa IV (2 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 8, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
