The apartment is lovely! Clean, bright, quiet, and really well-appointed. It's homely without being cluttered, and very comfortable. The roof-terrace has stunning views out over Mount's Bay.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming - and I loved that they provided scones with jam and clotted cream as a holiday treat! On a practical note, they also allowed me to check-in far earlier than the advertised time, which was incredibly kind.
I know Newlyn quite well, and was aware that the accommodation is up a very steep hill, but it could be challenging for some visitors.

The location was fabulous with great views across the bay to St Michael's Mount especially from the sun terrace above the flat. There was milk and a cream tea with home made scones on arrival. Totally delicious! We enjoyed these overlooking Newlyn and Mounts Bay. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in an hour earlier. We had absolutely everything we needed - the coffee machine with pods was perfect.
It is only slight but the bathroom needed slightly better ventilation. The apartment was scrupulously clean however and this did not impact our stay at all.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und super Aussicht vor allem von der Terrasse aus. Nebst den feinen Cookies war auch Butter und Konfitüre vorhanden.
Die Anfahrt ist schon steil und eng.
