The house was perfect, spotlessly clean, well equipped and well appointed. We loved all the little personal touches. The real Xmas tree and mince pies.
Only one shower. Would have preferred a shower in the en-suite rather than a bath

A wonderful spacious house with an amazing view. The house is in a fantastic location, just a short drive from all the popular attractions in Cornwall. There was a Lidl store (5 mins drive away) which made shopping very convenient and many fish restaurants very close by. The house was well equipped and had all your necessities. Will definitely stay again!
There was only one parking space for such a big house. Would have appreciated parking space for up to two cars at least. The windows were difficult to operate.

Very Easy
Heating system was not terribly good .. If it had been really cold then we were really wondering how the house might have felt ... Plus ran out of hot water after 8 showers!

Very impressive property with fabulous views across the bay to St. Michael’s Mount. (From all the front facing windows!)
Very spacious. Accommodated our party of 7 adults with ease.
Very comfortable beds.
Warm - heating was left on and didn’t need to touch it.
Access is a bit tricky to park in the single parking space off the narrow steep access road and steep steps up to the house. But is more than compensated by the ‘WOW’ factor when you open the front door!
(Without the steep access you wouldn’t have the views)
One thing to watch is the step down from the kitchen to the dining area.
