Le logement est très central, une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville, c'est son plus gros atout avec une place de parking sécurisé dans la résidence. L'appartement est bien organisé, bien équipé et propre.
il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement et il n'y avait pas la climatisation, impossible de ventiler correctement car les ouvertures ne donnent que sur un côté, heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur. Il y a un immeuble de l'autre côté de la rue et il y a un vis à vis très important.

Undercover parking. External electric shutters to reduce heating by the sun. Fan for cooling at night. This was in a heatwave. Little balcony for evening use as the sun had moved round. Easy walk to Les Halles de Dijon. N'est historic centre.
Dragging suitcases upstairs, we did know there was no lift.

Great location, free secure parking spot, comfy bed, good little kitchen that had everything we needed
It was so noisy all throughout the night from neighbours - sounded like they were constantly dragging furniture around, and the sound of their balcony door opening & closing until all hours of the morning kept us awake. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I would suggest booking somewhere else as the walls are very thin and you hear everything.
