Everything. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Loved the pool, hot tub & amazing views of sea & mountains. Lovely plants on the balcony & around the villa. The urbanisation was the same, so pretty.
The only negative was the steep steps & hill to the beach, which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The gain is the views

Ten minutes walk to the beach, yet far enough away to be peaceful. Great outdoor space so you can move around for sun/shade throughout the day. Lovely clean pool and sun lounger area.
There are approximately thirty steps to climb up to the front door. Not a problem for our family and we appreciated the good views from being up high.

Beautiful villa. It has everything that was required. Twin terrace means sun all day for those who want it. Pool was fab with plenty of space around it still. WiFi was super fast. We booked the hot tub which I thought was ott but the kids loved it!
At the back of the villa there is a small coffee shop where you can buy water/snacks etc which is handy.
Beach is circa 5 minute walk with 15 restaurants or so really buzzy. Town is circa 20 minute walk.
Nerja is a hilly town with steep treks. The property is on one of these plus there are a good few steps. Not great for elderly people. That doesn't take away from the property whatsoever. Would stay again.
