About this villa rental
Free parking is available on the property or in the street. Just a short walk from Burriana Beach and promenade, the villa Villa is located in Nerja. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the property is less than 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The villa consists of a bright living room with access to a large furnished terrace overlooking the pool, a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. There is a TV lounge with a double sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom features a Jacuzzi bath. The property can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired and is available for an extra fee. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is spread over 3 levels.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terraces, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off the main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking or driving distance to the nearest restaurant is 5 minutes, and to the nearest supermarket is 4 minutes. Walking distance to the beach is less than 15 minutes downhill. Nerja Playa Burriana is nearby.
Towels and bed linen are included. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering, or limit tap water usage. The swimming pool is generally not catered for use in winter months. Due to recent heavy rain in the south of Spain during January and February, the pool surface was damaged and is currently undergoing cosmetic repair, resulting in the pool being emptied for the repair to take place.

Pros: There is lots of space indoors and a delightful outdoor terrace for al fresco meals. The location is very good. It is OK to walk to the beach or to Nerja town centre, but you need to be able to manage some pretty steep bits of road and steps.
The nearby supermarket is big and modern (the villa has a shopping cart for use). Great kitchen. Good wi-fi. Also international satellite TV.
Cons: The hills and steps that define Nerja stretched our oldest family member!

Pros: Was lucky to stay at this beautiful villa in both August and September. It has a great pool with lovely outside areas. Inside the rooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need.
Lynn went above and beyond to make our stay perfect .Nothing was too much trouble . Showed great understanding during the Covid Times.
Will definitely be returning to this beautiful Villa.

Pros: Het was vrij koud in deze periode en het viel niet mee het huis warm te krijgen. Daar moesten we bovendien extra voor betalen dmv een muntenapparaat wat we van te voren niet wisten. Ik miste ook een koffiezet apparaat. De warm water voorziening was ook niet optimaal, het duurde lang voor er warm water was en dat hield op een bepaald moment, tijdens het baden, ook gewoon op
