Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Apartments schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Apartments, wobei die Wohnung im Industrial-Style angenehmer war als die dunkle Superior Suite. In beiden Apartments sind die Küchen gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer groß. Die Lage der Apartments ist sehr gut, man kann sowohl die Altstadt als auch das nahegelegene Einkaufscenter gut erreichen. In der Straße vor dem Apartment gibt es einige Parkplätze, die jedoch gut belegt sind. Im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus oder auf anderen Parkplätzen kann man das Auto jedoch fußläufig abstellen.In den Apartments gibt es nur ein Lüftungssystem, keine Klimaanlage. Uns hat das auch bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur ausgereicht.

In unseren Apartments waren die Tassen und Gläser nicht richtig gewaschen worden. Man konnte im Kaffeebecher noch die restlichen Ansätze erkennen und die Gläser waren nur ausgespült. Finger- und Mundabdrücke waren sichtbar. Im Studio Apartment roch es aus der Dusche etwas unangenehm. Die Lüftung lief in beiden Bädern nicht und wir fanden auch keinen Schalter, um diese anzustellen. Die smarten Lichtschalter sind kompliziert, nicht ausreichend beschrieben und sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für ältere Personen etwas schwierig. Uns hat im Studio-Apartment beim Bett eine Ablagemöglichkeit gefehlt und eine Lampe am Bett war defekt. Das Codesystem ist am Anfang auch etwas umständlich, da für das eine Apartment ein Code und für das andere ein Schlüssel verwendet wird, wobei dann im Flur ein Code eingegeben werden muss. Für ältere Personen können die unterschiedlichen Codes, Eingangstür und Wohnungstür kompliziert sein, insbesondere da die Touch-Bedienungsfelder im Haus nicht auf jede Berührung reagieren und man mehrfach den Code eingeben muss. Ein Schlüsselsystem wäre deutlich angenehmer.

Great location and honestly great if you were looking to do self catering and the decor was very cute and I really did appreciate a bath and a shower separate and the security was good! The breakfast they order from a cafe is also great (except for missing something to drink) and the staff were really responsive! Also the view from the balcony is amazing and the lights make it very cozy.

There are a few things I didn’t love, they might seem small but when you staying a few nights and paying money you do notice things such as: - While the breakfast form the cafe they get their food from was great, there was no juice or milk or drinking water in the apartment. I know you can drink Polish water from the tap but when you’re traveling you don’t want to take the risk. - The building had a bad plumbing smell. - For some reason there was a random pillow slip just laying on the floor which gave me the impression the place wasn’t cleaned well, plus a tear in one of our pillows and there was some cutlery that wasn’t cleaned well. They could have also added some washing up liquid as we had no way to clean dishes besides 1 dishwashing tablet and we didn’t want to just leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher all the time. - While there was body wash, there was no shampoo or anything so if you didn’t bring your own it would be a little inconvenient. - I expected a double bed but it was 2 single beds pushed together with two individual blankets, which if your a couple, it doesn’t make sense, also the one bedside lamp wasn’t working.
