I love this property and stay there frequently. It is in a great location, 5 steps away from restaurants and other attractions. It is always sparkling clean, the beds are plush and comfortable. The building itself is architecturally incredibly pleasing. The staff is great and the breakfast is amazing. There is also a secret large whirlpool in the basement which you can rent access to for an hour or two to enjoy after a day in the mountains or a cold day in town.

When I visited during frigid winter weather conditions and the room was cold and I didn’t know how to adjust the heat controls. The friendly staff gave me a portable heater which I used to make myself comfortable. When I visited during the summer months, I always asked for a room furthest away from a nearby pub, which is quite popular and noisy. All rooms are beautiful, but only some are quiet, while the ones on the first floor with windows facing the pub get noisy. This is not a problem for me because I always bring earplugs wherever I travel, but might be an issue for someone looking for silence. Only some rooms have full access to the elevator. If you must have elevator access you need to tell them. Some rooms have a beautiful soaking tub, while other rooms have a standing shower. All rooms have amazing nespresso coffee machines and pods. Coffee is amazing!

The window was broken ( no possibility to fully close it ). I had to put something near it to keep it somewhat closed
