Quarto vizinho fazendo barulho a noite toda.
2 elevadores para 30 andares, elevador parou e tive que descer 27 andares, ainda bem que foi na descida.

La ubicación, cerca a la playa, el personal.
Les faltó hacer bien la limpieza , y además la nevera estaba dañada y se nos dañaron muchas cosas, una puerta y un cajón de estaban dañados no le hacen mantenimiento a las cosas.

The balcony and the view
The fact that i had to pay an extra 30 dollars for the resort that was not mentioned in the Booking reservation , the fact that I had always to wait long long time for the lift ( Two lilts only , it was crazy ) and lets not forget the fact that it is a long line to check in . The room is very basic and in fact it was poorly maintained . The pool of the "resort" was too small and too few chairs .
