We stayed in a room with a hot tub, which was nice, and there was always plenty of hot water.
the rooms are a bit dated. Our room was rather small and had a noticeable smell of smoke; someone definitely used to smoke in here. To fix this, the furniture and curtains really need to be replaced.
As for the breakfast, it was okay, but there wasn't a lot of variety.
