Close to skiing at Windham and Hunter Mountains, just 20 minutes to Hudson, NY, 10 minutes to Catskill and minutes to fantastic hiking trails. This spacious 4 bedroom chalet on beautiful Sleepy Hollow Lake is the perfect getaway for family & friends. With three levels, there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. The main floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, large open kitchen, living and dining areas, and a laundry room. Upstairs is two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The lower level is all about fun and includes a second comfy living area with fireplace, flat screen TV, ping pong table, game table, board games, and a mini fridge. Sliding glass doors from the main level lead to a large deck with outdoor dining table and gas grill. The lower level also has sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and lakefront.
Things guests love about our property:
- Two firepit areas - a wood firepit for smores and campfire stories and a gas firepit when you just want easy warmth and ambiance. ;)
- Multiple areas to relax, including three decks, the dock, and beach area.
- Paddle boat, kayaks, canoe, and extra large water mat (multiple size life jackets available).

We very much enjoyed our time spent at Eagles Nest playing pickleball, ping pong, time at the pool and using the various boating equipment. Just beware as you may encounter a water snake or 2 but they are timid and we continued enjoying the dock activities such as fishing, kayaking, paddleboating or just laying on the floating mat. The kitchen and laundry room were extremely well appointed as was each bedroom with it's own tv. The lake is also an extremely quiet body of water. The one slight drawback was all the decking which I suspect will be receiving a makeover as the stain/deck paint was peeling and there were several rotted areas. Alex and Brian also provide you with an abundance of information such as where to dine out, what to see and where to go for very short trips in the surrounding area. Very highly recommended.

Great location and activities with dock and boating, plus nearby basketball and tennis courts and pools. Only negative was that the basement needed to have been cleaned much more before our arrival than it was. That can easily be remedied though, so we would definitely come back to this location!

We had a wonderful week on the lake. Enjoyed all of the outdoor activities and seating. Plenty of room inside on our rainy day. Would stay again
