Kayaks are available to rent at the lake in the spring/summer to enjoy beautiful Rip Van Winkle Lake, located just a quick 10 minute walk away, complete with its own private lifeguarded beach, where you can swim, fish, canoe, kayak, and there’s a playground, basketball court, and skate park for your kids!
VERY Important about our Parking
We only have 5 parking spots allowed by the town, anything over the town will come out and fine us $500.00 which we will be forced to charge to you guys if more then 5 cars parked at once, but dont worry if you have more then 5 cars you can park in the municipal parking lot in Tannersville located here 20 Tompkins St, Tannersville, NY 12485 which is about a 5-10 minute walk back to the home.

Our large group gets together every 4th of July. This was the perfect place for us to stay! Two minor problems when we first got there were quickly resolved! The hot tub and game room got lots of use. We made our own meals every night. We brought paper plates and plastic silverware. (It was mentioned ahead of time that the kitchen didn’t have everything, so we came prepared!) We made lots of memories! I would stay here again if we were ever back in the area!

Great spot - the house had tons of room, many beds, and the sauna / game room / hot tub was an awesome touch. 10 min walk into town made it super accessible! Thanks for a great stay

Our family had a great time. The property was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean and the host was uber accomodating. We definitely will be coming back!!
