All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This home wasn't perfect but was a very nice place to stay for our visit to the Newport RI and Cape Cod area. Hopefully the owners will address the issues that bothered us. It was unfortunate that we couldn't communicate with the owner to get simple answers, and that Vacasa was slow to respond to our concerns.

Totally meet our needs. Even though twin beds, my 2 tall sons managed to sleep in them.
Easy walk to beaches and restaurants.

We were here with kids and adults for the week. House is well situated and fit our needs well. Lots of things to do in the area and a short walk to downtown Onset. Would come back again!

The toilets were running and needed adjustment, neither the microwave nor the ice maker worked. The key pad to enter the house was annoying as we had to try several times to open each time we went in. The beds were uncomfortable in downstairs bed room and the daybed upstairs. The upstairs shower had trouble draining. The size was fine for 3 adults but cannot imaging sleeping 8 people of any age configuration.The place was clean and otherwise comfortable.
