Come and discover this charming house of 78 m² with modern lines in the heart of the village of Salles-sur-Mer. In the heart of a quiet and pleasant area not far from the coast and all amenities, enjoy a relaxing stay with family or friends!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with central island, two bedrooms, a shower room as well as a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal in the sun! Sheets and towels not provided.
The house:
The single-story dwelling consists of the following (there are 2 steps to access the house) :
Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a corner sofa, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, with a central island with 4 seats, and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, ice maker...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A 30 m² terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue.
- A large enclosed garden of 200 m², equipped with a dining table and deckchairs to enjoy a good meal outside!

Maison proche de La Rochelle dans un quartier calme, la maison est d'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec gout, 2 belles chambres, un très beau jardin.
Nous avons séjourné 2 couples d'amis 4 adultes, la maison est tellemnt agréable tout est neuf, on prend plaisir limite pas envie d'en sortir.
L'accueil du propriétaire pour la visite est très chaleureuse et d'une gentillesse appréciable.
Merci encore nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
