The main level, which is accessed by an external staircase, consists of a large double living room (50 m2), extended by a completely new U-shaped and open kitchen. Here you access the balcony (20m²) which offers you a panoramic view overlooking the Basin.
On the same level you have 1 bedroom (2 beds at 90 cm), 1 bathroom with Italian shower and 1 separate toilet
The upper level, accessible by a wooden staircase, leads to two bedrooms (2 beds at 160 cm), one of which has a view of the pool.
Garden level (35 m2) independent of the house and access from the outside:
Living room (20 m2) with double sofa bed 160 cm (IKEA Hemnes mattress), 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 cm, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet
