The Lamateliane cottages welcome you in a tropical green setting composed of 4 bungalows for a holiday under the Guadeloupe sun combining calm, comfort and independence.
Choose your comfort between 2 super-equipped accommodations and two others more classic but just as pleasant.
Located on the heights of Sainte-Marie, near sugar cane fields and banana plantations, and 200 meters from the Longueteau Distillery, this wooden cottage rental inspired by Creole architecture extends over a 3000 m² tropical garden with trees and flowers: a real haven of peace conducive to rest and relaxation.
Our estate offers you a comfortable vacation rental without any vis-à-vis, and perfectly maintained.
With a surface area of 60m², two cottages can accommodate up to 5 people and 2 others up to 3 people.
The 5-person cottages can accommodate families with babies and young children since we provide them free of charge with a travel cot, a high chair, a potty as well as a baby bath, adapted crockery or even beach games...
The Karukéra cottage is a spacious bungalow for 5 people decorated in the colors of the tropics.
Pleasantly ventilated and bordered by vegetation, it faces the swimming pool.
This fully soundproofed vacation rental with double-glazing consists of:
an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), a ventilated living room equipped with television, totally independent opening onto the terrace and which can be used as a second bedroom (2 to 3 single beds, air conditioning optional), a fully equipped kitchen communicating with the terrace by a serving hatch (4 gas hob, microwave/grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer), a large bathroom with walk-in shower and individual washing machine (optional), and separate toilet.
For relaxation, the 20m² covered terrace offers a dining area as well as an outdoor lounge without forgetting the unmissable hammock to enjoy the view of the garden and the swimming pool.
- All linen (sheets included) is provided except for beach towels, and renewed according to the length of stay.
- Free Wi-Fi connection.
- Picnic kit (crockery and cooler) in the cottage for your trips to the beach.
The Domaine des gites Lamateliane also has a large swimming pool area with deck, pergola and carbet to take your meals by the water or relax in the deckchairs while enjoying the sun's rays.
The 50 m² swimming pool (equipped with salt) meets safety standards. It is surrounded by a barrier (locked) to ensure the safety of the little ones, and a 90 m² deck.
The carbet is equipped with a table and a lounge area.
