Apartment Zdenka-5 km from Opatija

This was our third time staying at Zdenka's apartment, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed as at home. The apartment is always spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very comfortable, it has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially love the beautiful view from the terrace and the quiet, relaxing neighborhood — a true escape from the noise of everyday life. Zdenka is the most warm-hearted and caring host we've ever met. Her kindness and attention to detail make every visit special, and we are so grateful for her hospitality. We hope to return again in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and heartwarming stay in Croatia.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment – everything fully matched the description and photos. The view from the terrace is simply stunning, overlooking Rijeka and the sea. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you might need. In the kitchen, guests have access to basic supplies like salt, sugar, pepper, tea, and coffee, as well as dishwasher tablets and paper towels. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable – we slept really well. Although there’s no air conditioning, the apartment stays pleasantly cool thanks to its location on a hill near the forest, where it’s noticeably fresher than in the city. The shower is excellent – the drain works perfectly, there’s always hot water, and the water pressure is strong. Parking is available in a gated courtyard, and guests have access to a remote control for the gate. A washing machine and detergent are also provided, although we didn’t use them. Our host, Zdenka, was extremely kind and welcoming. She greeted us with refreshing drinks on arrival and helpfully advised us on the best route to reach the property, avoiding the steep and narrow roads. We really enjoyed our time here and are very grateful to Zdenka.

The only small suggestion we have would be to sharpen the kitchen knives a bit better. Everything else was perfect!
