מיקום של הדירה מעולה, הים מעבר לכביש. סופרמרקט ויקטורי במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה, גם גלידריית גולדה, החלקה על הקרח במרחק של בערך 7 דקות הליכה, למטה יש מסעדות, מכולת, ברים. היינו בדירה שלושה ימים שתי לילות. הדירה נחמדה, במטבח יש מה שצריך, דירה נוחה, חלונות של החדרים לכיוון הים. יש חניון גדול מתחת לבניין, אין חניה משוייכת לדירה, אבל אפשר למצוא חניה. בעל הדירה איש נחמד, אדיב, הסביר לנו מה שצריך לגבי הכניסה לדירה והחניון.

מיקום מעולה, מאוד מאוד קרוב לחוף ים מוכרז. המארח נתן שירות עם על כל הלב וענה על כל השאלות שלנו. עלות תועלת מאוד גבוהה. מאוד מתאימה לזוג עם שלושה ילדים צעירים.

the views were really nice, the apartment was remodeled recently so very nice inside.
the building is horrible, the parking garage feels as if homeless people live there, very scary environment at night. I think the listing should list more photos of the building
